Have you heard of Vital Ride? It’s a membership program much like Lifeflight but for the Ada County Paramedics. If you get hurt in the foothills running or riding your bike and you need help you’ll want this membership. Most cases do not require an airlift but they may require an ambulance and help from paramedics, and that’s where Vital Ride comes in. Check out their website for more information and the frequently asked questions.
